4. Subscription Terms

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period unless cancelled.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: £1.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: £17.99 per year

4.3 Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection

We do not store or retain any user data, queries, or conversations. Each interaction with the App is independent and not recorded.

5.2 Third-Party Services

The App uses OpenAI's services to provide AI-powered responses. Your interactions may be subject to OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy.

5.3 GDPR Compliance

As we do not store personal data, GDPR obligations are minimal. However, you have the right to know that no personal data is being processed or stored by us.

6. Acceptable Use

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
